POSITION INFO:
Cape Town VOIP Engineer post available  - You will Provide third level support on all VOIP platforms

Must have :
Digium Certified Asterisk Professional (dCAP) - Essential
ITIL Certification 
4 years specialization as an Asterisk Engineer.
5 + years Infrastructure/Telephony/VoIP experience.
Networking, Routing and Switching, Firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting and problem solution.
