POSITION INFO:
Roll our and implementation of the VoIP Solution across the Regional LAN/Network Infrastructure Service Teams
Identify Sites and user departments for VoIP implementation according to relevant criteria
Notifying user departments of intended implementation of Voip at their site via or in collaboration with the rrelevant Services Manager
Carrying out site Visits to verify relevatnt requirements
Updating user lists with user profiles and the lies
Configuration, upgrading and testing of phone instruments and user profiles for deployment
Installation of new Network Points and related infrastructure
Installation of new additional POE network switches on site
Management of Service Desk Calls related to onsite installation from call logging to resolution and ensuring relevant communication to all parties regarding completion of the new VoIP service installation
