Job Description:
Our client is on a mission to revolutionize their platform, and they need a VP of Engineering to be the mastermind behind their tech evolution. This role is about more than just coding—it's about assembling top talent, optimizing processes, and ensuring their engineering squad operates at superhero levels. You'll craft high-performance frameworks, drive technical excellence, and shape the company’s future. Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to scale and lead high-performing engineering teams
Solid software development background with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Mastery of modern development practices (CI/CD, SDLC)
Experience with engineering performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, DORA metrics)
Strategic decision-making skills to optimize technical trade-offs and resource planning
Strong people management and coaching expertise

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
