Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff
- Monitor sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments.
- Maintain and increase market penetration.
- Improve stock turnover.
- Increase sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership.
- Experience with corporate Premium branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, BMW, Ford, Mercedes-benz, Suzuki, Volvo etc.
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
- Ability to ensure profitable business.
- Clear criminal record.
- Valid SA Driver’s license.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
