SUMMARY:
Do you enjoy looking after key accounts and are meticulous with your follow ups and customer relationship building skills? Our National Client involved with accessories for motor vehicles requires your ability to give customers A+ service and provide training where needed on their products.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric and Driver’s license (company car)

Tertiary qualification advantageous

Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Very well groomed and presented

Impeccable telephone and e-mail etiquette connecting with clients.

Be prepared to travel nationally as required by the company.

Computer Literate with good administration skills

Excellent with building customer relationships

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Key Accounts role

 

DUTIES

Compile and forward quotations, proposals and information packs required by allocated Key Account customers

Provide relevant product training and first level technical support to Key Accounts customers

Attend meetings as per visit schedule– monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annually;

Ensure all allocated customers have agreed to any nonstandard service levels in writing by completing the service level agreement (SLA

Ensure SLA’s are added to marketing for inclusion onto the CRM system

Provide customer facing assistance as required

Provide support in the process for renewing customer contracts as required by management

Attend weekly internal meetings to discuss outstanding matters or issues that arise

Assist the CRM Administrator ensuring the regions CRM data and minutes of meetings are uploaded timeously

Minute taking at various internal and external meetings and upload timeously to the CRM

Compile training roster and plan for all allocated Key Accounts customers

Daily interaction with customers in person and telephonically

Understand the customers’ needs and provide helpful solutions

Answer queries regarding products and service –Sales, Product, Installations, Health Reports, Technical, Billing & Website queries

Direct queries to the relevant departments and ensure these queries are attended to

Work closely with the Internal staff and ensure allocated customers are serviced well

Compile any applicable reports as and when required

Promote relationships with all of the company’s customers and suppliers that reflect trust and credibility

 

Salary: R18 – R20k PLUS Company car & Medical Aid, salary dependent on experience
