POSITION INFO:

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Ensure vehicles are cleaned, refueled, and ready for use each day.
Monitor and report any vehicle damages using tools like Record 360.
Issue and manage insurance claims by collecting necessary paperwork from drivers.
Prepare vehicles for scheduled maintenance and check for service warnings.
Validate mileage and inspect dashboards for warning lights.
Ensure vehicles are equipped with tools and spare wheels.
Respond to vehicle-related issues raised by drivers.
Report non-compliance or wear-and-tear issues (e.g., worn tyres) to management.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience.
Valid South African ID and valid drivers licence
Basic understanding of vehicles and their components
Good communication skills in English, with strong administrative ability and the ability to read and follow checklists and procedures accurately
Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughou
