What You’ll Do

✔ Drive vehicle sales, consistently achieving monthly unit targets. (6 – 10 units per month +)

✔ Manage the entire vehicle sales process from lead generation to final delivery
✔ Exceed monthly unit and profitability targets
✔ Build strong, lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
✔ Follow up on enquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms
✔ Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership policies

What You’ll Bring

✔ Matric + valid driver’s licence (essential)
✔ 2 – 5 years of recent Vehicle Sales experience within a Corporate motor dealership environment.

✔ Experience selling volume brands such as VW, Audi, Toyota, Ford, Isuzu, Suzuki, etc (Preference will be given to candidates with VW and German brand vehicle experience and/or in general Strong Payslips)

✔ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
✔ Marketing or Finance qualification would be an added bonus
