Vacancy: Vehicle Sales manager

Duties and responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the sales department, Sourcing, purchasing, and pricing of Pre-owned vehicles, Managing sales staff, motivating and training staff. Meeting monthly sales targets, Evaluation of all trade-ins and correct pricing of all vehicles. Ensuring growth and profit for the department

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle sales manager
Considerable experience with Pre-owned vehicle sales
Experience working in a corporate dealership and brands like Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan etc.
Track record of reaching targets and making profits
Good communication and relationship building skills
Dynamic, driven, leadership, negotiation skills
Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record

Basic salary plus commission and benefits
