Are you a motivated leader with a passion for sales and the automotive industry? Our client, a respected and established dealership network, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their high-performing sales team in Knysna.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales performance, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld.

Minimum requirements

Matric
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and or Sales
Knowledge and interest in Electric and High Tech Cars
4 years' experience in a managerial role within the vehicle industry
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the vehicle sales industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Computer literate
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Target-driven and self-motivated

Customer service and relationship building skills
Organisational and administrative skills

Remuneration

R25 000 + Commission
