Requirements:

  • An exceptional sales team leader with a professional attitude; passionate about your customers and the vehicles you sell. The role requires you to ensure a measurable, consistent and high quality pipeline/throughput of sold vehicles coupled with 5+ star customer reviews.
  • You’ll also be responsible for induction and training of new joiners and continuous upskilling of your team
  • You must be able to plan, lead and inspire a wider team to meet targets and are able to consistently maintain high energy and positive attitude whilst sharing and imparting product and vehicle knowledge to your team.
  • You need to be able to apply judgement when issues are encountered and make decisions and you want to improve the customer's experience continuously through innovation and ideas which you implement yourself and through your team.
  • Plan, schedule and manage resources to meet targets and sell within brand parameters
  •  Measure, analyse and improve conversion statistics
  • Meet your personal sales targets and you are responsible for the CPT Operation reaching sales targets
  • Conflict management – customers and internal
  • Daily coordination with Acquisitions and Recon/Logistics functions (Trade in and Deliveries)
  • Documentation/contract compilation, coordination and filing
  • Identify and flag risky transactions and communicate these to Compliance
  • The continuous evolution of the Customer Experience through innovation (wherever in the transaction
    lifecycle)

Experience:

  • Grade 12 plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales for luxury brands with at least 2 years as a team
    leader managing a team. Preference for previous experience within a automotive industry
  • Experience working towards a target
  • Excellent leadership skills (Team leader and opportunity to grow into a wider role)
  • Excellent sales negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good admin and digital/computer technical skills
  • Valid driver’s license (code 08) and own transport
