Vehicle Sales - YES Intern (Drivers Required)

SUMMARY:
Our client in Pretoria is seeking a motivated Inbound Vehicle Sales YES Intern to join their Marketing Department. 

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidates will engage with incoming sales inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicle sales via phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to potential customers.
• Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
• Achieve set sales and service targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Drivers License! (not negotiable)
• Education: BCom Economics / BCom Finance / BCom Marketing.
• Work Status: Currently unemployed.
• Programmes: Have not completed a YES (Youth Employment Service) programme before.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is advantageous but not essential.
