You will be the heartbeat of the villa, ensuring every guest has a seamless, unforgettable stay, from beautifully prepared meals to top-tier service and memorable events.

POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Villa Manager to oversee and elevate the luxury experience at their stunning estate in Stellenbosch. You will be the heartbeat of the villa, ensuring every guest has a seamless, unforgettable stay, from beautifully prepared meals to top-tier service and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience: Welcome and host high-profile guests, ensure their needs are met, and manage their stay from arrival to departure.
Events & Kitchen: Plan and coordinate events; manage kitchen operations; work with chefs; coordinate intimate dinners or special events.
Administration & Budgets: Oversee inventory, track expenses, manage wine sales, and compile budgets.
Team Management: Lead a small team of housekeepers, groundskeepers, and security staff, creating a culture of excellence.
Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure the villa meets health and safety standards, schedule maintenance, and manage estate infrastructure.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand during guest interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality, luxury property, or villa management
Confident in managing kitchen logistics, event planning, budgeting, and staff supervision
Able to maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and irregular hours based on guest schedules
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Strong administrative skills and familiarity with food safety standards
