JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a VDI Specialist.

Operations experience with Citrix VDI and App stack
Experience with windows desktops and server support
Experience with hardware and software lifecycle
Experience with ITIL processes
Strong analytical thinking in the technical domain
Strong problem-solving skills
Interest in cloud and new technology stacks

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required:
Experience in operation of Windows Servers (higher than 2016)

Experience in Windows Client (Windows 10) OS troubleshooting and patch management
Experience with Active Directory and GPO
Experience with Scripting (PowerShell, Python etc.)
Certified Citrix Professional – Virtualization (CCA-V, CCP-V CCE-V)
Experience Citrix Xen-Desktop (higher than 7.x) and Xen-App (higher then 7.x) full stack
Experience Citrix Netscaler (higher than 12.x) and Storefront
Experience Citrix XenServer (higher than 7.x)
Experience Citrix on VMware Hypervisor Stack (higher VMWare ESXi 6.x)
Experience with Storage technology
Experience in working with hyperconverged systems
Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure, network and integration issues
Experience with ITL processes (Incident, Change and Problem management)
Plan and execute maintenance tasks (change management)
Plan and execute infrastructure lifecycle tasks (technical lifecycle, change management)
Resolve incident tickets
Analyze and resolve problem tickets
