JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the Company.
Ensuring the strategy is in line with the Company brand, products, and target market.
Generating sketches of visual displays that meet visual design requirements.
Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
Monitoring costs and working within budget.
Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
Training of staff in VM standards/Principles of display.
National Bi monthly and annual audit of stores in JHB/DBN/PE.
Ensure standards are upheld for store layout/design, Store Revamps
Manage the annual critical path document for each campaign.
Help conceptualise product special offers & promotions.
VM & Head of Graphics to conceptualise campaigns & present to EXCO
