SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to oversee vehicle repair operations, ensuring efficiency, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. The role requires strong technical expertise, supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate processes from start to finish.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (advantageous).
Qualified Panelbeater with at least 3 years’ experience in an automotive body repair environment.
Previous supervisory or foreman experience highly beneficial.
Strong knowledge of structural repair processes and general automotive technology.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Estimating experience is an advantage.
