JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The main responsibilities of the position includes:

  1. Capture all information required for payroll purposes on PAYWELL or SAGE
  2. Printing of payslips
  3. Complete and reconcile l necessary returns such as PAYE, UIF etc.
  4. Handle payroll queries
  5. Calculation of all conditions as per the Main Agreement. ( MEIBC) and relevent stakeholders.
  6. Provide a full payroll function for The Company on all hourly paid employees.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Grade 12 with strong numeracy ability.
  • PAYWELL or SAGE payroll system experience
  • Have a passion for payroll and the ability to work well with all clients.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Be able to achieve deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Communication skills
