SUMMARY:
Luxury Game Lodge based close to Vaalwater is looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join their team and deliver exceptional service in a lodge environment where nature meets luxury.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Provide attentive and professional table service to guests.
Assist with menu explanations and recommend food and beverage pairings.
Ensure dining areas are clean, well-presented, and welcoming.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Support special events, functions, and lodge activities with catering service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or food service (lodge, hotel, or restaurant experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural empathy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests with professionalism.
Physically fit and adaptable to outdoor lodge settings.
Multilingual abilities (English plus Afrikaans or indigenous languages) are an advantage.
Knowledge of guest relations experience desirable.
