Waiter

Ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standard in the Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas. Display the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. The execution and supervision of service to the required standards are always within the Restaurant guidelines of Fire, Health, Safety and Security.

The ultimate goal of all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to Leeu Collection and that by the time they leave they are already planning to come back.

Duties & Responsibilities

• High-quality service delivery to guests which is consistent while upselling and maximizing sales and reducing wastage/breakage
• Building good relationships with guests and other departments

Experience and skills:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star property
• Must be guest service orientated and have good food and wine knowledge and be able to operate all F&B machines
