Warehouse Pharmacist Assistant (Post Basic) Location: Midrand, Gauteng Salary: R24,000 per month, commensurate with experience

POSITION INFO:
Are you a qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a professional pharmaceutical environment? Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming pharmaceutical stock Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, temperature and humidity controls Pick, pack, verify and prepare pharmaceutical orders for dispatch Maintain inventory using FEFO principles and perform regular cycle counts Ensure compliance with SAPC regulations, GWP, SOPs and Health & Safety standards Manage controlled medicines according to legal requirements Assist with warehouse quality checks, audits and regulatory inspections Investigate and report inventory variances Support customer complaint resolution and maintain excellent housekeeping standards Contribute to a positive, safety-focused and high-performing team environment Skills & Attributes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ethical, dependable and respectful Team player with a proactive attitude Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Minimum Requirements Qualified Pharmacist Assistant (Post Basic) - non negotiable Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) - non negotiable Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Warehouse Pharmacist Assistant - non negotiable Minimum 3 years'' experience in the pharmaceutical industry - non negotiable Experience with inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Good computer literacy Knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and cGxP regulations Must be able and willing to work shifts - non negotiable Valid driver''s licence will be advantageous To Apply, p lease email your updated CV in WORD format , together with the following: Copy of your Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification Copy of your ID Copy of your driver''s licence Reference letters or contactable referees A recent profile picture Send your application to: Please note: Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for this position.
