SUMMARY:
Our client is a manufacturing company that manufacturers high quality & durable caterware for the catering industry. They are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Factory Management

Manage factory workers – daily duties and production targets
Planning of daily and weekly production
Ordering of material for production
Administration tasks linked to production (Manufacturing of Production in Omni etc.)
Manage stock levels and re-ordering of injection moulded products
Oversee packaging and labelling – New project
Organizing and planning of dispatch area
Coordination and planning of correct boxes
Manage Stock takes
Seeing to cleanliness of factory
Seeing to work safety and gear

Logistics

Management and planning of picking and packing of orders
Planning of daily deliveries – National and local orders
Planning and booking of couriers of stock to be sent to Centurion warehouse
Booking of Courier company for local pick up’s – quotations
Following up if orders have been delivered to clients – clients are satisfied with order received
Making sure the necessary documentation has been received back from courier companies
Scanning and saving necessary documentation on server

Requirements:

Grade 12
Own car and valid license
IT Experience
- Excel, outlook, word
Afrikaans & English
People management
Welding experience – supervise small welding tasks
Packaging and labelling experience advantageous
