JOB SUMMARY:
Warehouse Administrator- Counter (BEE)

Industry: Supplier of power tools, hardware, and 167 product ranges to the retail, motor and industrial industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Minimum 1 year customer experience preferable
MS Office/Excel
English, Afrikaans and any other African language (min 3 languages)

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Draw daily reports from BI Tool
Capture invoices despatched into Excel
Capture other required data into Excel
Inspect Picking Bucket report to ensure orders are allocated before escalation
Ensure invoices 7 days and over are cleared and sent for processing
Comply to company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
Maintain housekeeping standards
Work to meet team goals
Highlight problems and work to find solutions
Perform ad hoc tasks to enable team to meet goals
