SUMMARY:
The incumbent will manage, plan and coordinate the use of warehouse capacity, resources, operational efficiencies and maximum space utilization within the facilities.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

• Manage, plan, coordinate and schedule the movement of cargo throughout the warehouse including where cargo is stored and movement of cargo in and out to ensure maximum efficiencies.
• Manages warehouse cargo space allocation.
• Manages daily productivity and shipping plan, allocating storage space for cargo in the WH.
• Manages daily flow of cargo by modifying storage space assignment
• Manages cargo throughput together with the commercial team.
• Together with Ops Managers, planning resources in the
• Documents all related activities and compiling reports for senior management
• Performs other related duties as directed

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• Valid driver’s vehicle license
• Forklift license advantageous
• At least three years of work experience in a warehouse in the same or similar position is required.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to management of cargo within the Warehouse.
• Proficient on MS Office Suite
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent IT Skills e. Dashboards, Reporting and implementing IT processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Flexibility with regards to time
