SUMMARY:
The incumbent will manage, plan and coordinate the use of warehouse capacity, resources, operational efficiencies and maximum space utilization within the facilities.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

Manage, plan, coordinate and schedule the movement of cargo throughout the warehouse including where cargo is stored and movement of cargo in and out to ensure maximum efficiencies.
Manages warehouse cargo space allocation.
Manages daily productivity and shipping plan, allocating storage space for cargo in the WH.
Manages daily flow of cargo by modifying storage space assignment
Manages cargo throughput together with the commercial team.
Together with Ops Managers, planning resources in the
Documents all related activities and compiling reports for senior management
Performs other related duties as directed

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Diploma or Degree
Valid driver’s vehicle license
Forklift license advantageous
At least three years of work experience in a warehouse in the same or similar position is required.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to management of cargo within the Warehouse.
Proficient on MS Office Suite
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent IT Skills e. Dashboards, Reporting and implementing IT processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Flexibility with regards to time
