JOB SUMMARY:
Manage the setup, configuration, implementation, testing, training of staff, and functioning of the warehouse management systems (WMS) across all operations in line with the respective operational and customer requirements to ensure optimal and correct operational flows.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Understand and know how to make use of the various systems in the business
• Setting up of Freightware in line with the WMS as per operational requirements
• Setting up of PC terminals and scanners
• Manage the labeling of staging, DP, RC, and racking locations
Master Data
• Collecting and management of master data in the required format
Testing
• Drawing up of user acceptance testing test cases and preparing the system for UAT
Training
• Training system users on the system processes as well as the use of the system
Reporting
• Develop effective, automated reports in the WMS, manage and maintain them
COMPETENCIES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric

Acellos or JH WMS (Jungheinrich) experience

• Logistics/warehouse/business management diploma/degree
• 5 years of experience in the logistics/warehouse industry with extensive WMS management and set up roles and responsibilities for at least 3 of the 5 years
