SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee finished and dry goods operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12
Warehouse/Distribution Qualification
Stock Management
Knowledge of Export Documentation

Duties:

Coordinate with logistics & 3rd parties on container loading, storage & stock movement
Manage stock across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy & availability
Maintain systems to track and control flow of goods
Optimise warehouse space, including stacking & dry goods storage
Oversee receiving, storage, picking & dispatch of dry goods and samples
Operate forklift and assist with physical tasks when required
Control stock transfers with accurate documentation
Manage supplier stock levels and 3rd party client requirements
Handle customer queries, complaints & provide stock reports
Conduct stock takes, cycle counts & reconciliations
Manage obsolete stock disposal and wine shop stock control
Ensure timely communication with clients on stock issues/shortfalls
Monitor warehouse financials, KPIs & SLA performance
Raise POs and manage stock transactions on SAGE
Lead and manage staff performance, training & recruitment
Ensure compliance with OHS, safety and housekeeping standards
