SUMMARY:
A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Provide solutions and support specific customers with receiving, warehousing, inventory and logistics

This is an on-site role

Handle specific customer accounts

Process packaged shipments and load them onto trucks

Examine goods shipped

Maintain inventory

Verify order completeness and accuracy

Adhere to safety standards

Order supplies

Upkeep of warehouse equipment, scanners, and machinery, etc.

Supervise staff

Manage bin, shelf, and pallet locations

Matric
minimum 5 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role - advantageous
Understanding of e-commerce, pick and pack fulfillment is advantageous
Able to operate a forklift - preferred
Able to open and close the warehouse - Flexible hours
Weekend work when required (No overtime)
Own transport is essential
