Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift

SUMMARY:
An FMCG/Food Wholesaler based in Northriding/Randburg seeks a Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift.

• Matric

Requirements

• Must reside in Randburg area or within a 25km, radius
• Speak English and Afrikaans - Fluently
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a night shift supervisor position
• Computer Literate nad use own initiative
• Must be willing to work independently and be punctual

Mondays 16h00 till last truck loaded(+- 04h00)

Tuesday   17h00 till last truck loaded (+-01h00)

Wednesday 16h00 till last truck loaded (+- 01h00)

Thursday 16h00 till last truck loaded (+-01h00)

Friday 16h00 till last truck loaded ( +- 20h00)

Saturday 07h00 till 12h00 (stock take)

Sunday 14h00 till last truck loaded  (+- 19h00)

Night shift will work 11 days and will be off for 3 days. (Monday till the next week Thursday and off Friday till Sunday)

Duties

• Ensure Fisherman’s Deli is properly cared for

• Manage to treat all staff and customers with respect

• All managers to ensure that the freezer map corresponds to the physical stock

• Make sure that the freezer and chiller doors are kept closed at all times

• Print open purchase orders report

• Must know how to do pallet receiving schedule

• No stock to be received without an invoice

• All IBT’S an fresh fish must be checked and signed by two managers

• All non-stock that is received i.e. oysters, mussels, clams and exotic cheese

• Must be labelled with the name of the customer as well as the sales person who ordered it

• When receiving cheese ensure that the products have at least 3 weeks shelf life

• Airport collection procedures must be adhered to at all times

• Print GRN summary

• Reconcile all receipts against the summary report

• Sign of GRN summary if correct

• Send email to Operations Managers and Buyer if any supplies have not been received with reasons and corrective actions.
