SUMMARY:
We are seeking Warehouse Supervisors for permanent roles based in Klerksdorp & Thobontle, Northwest.
POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / equivalent with further studies advantageous
- 3+ years relevant experience in the warehouse environment
- Experience with Cargoworx system ideal
- Strong people skills and communication ability
- Able to work under pressure and good time management
- Candidates must reside in the relevant areas
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:- Supervise all warehouse functions including receiving, put away, inventory and dispatch. This also includes maintaining and organizing the facility according to the Quality and Health and Safety Standards set out by the company and liaising/coordinating with the customer
- Manage site – oversee inbounds; check Grv’s; contained and pallet receipts; ensure accurate stock capturing; daily reports; ensure NCR completion
- Outbound – oversee daily outbounds; visual management; check processed orders; KPI adherence; ensure timeous deliveries; communicate delays; spot checks; ensure finalized orders by EOB; PODs; handle queries; walk the floor
- Staff – monitor / manage staff performance and report to manager
- Daily meetings; resource allocation; client expectation management; ensure SOPs reviewed; strict health and safety adherence; assist with facility management; data capturing
