Warehouse Team Leader

SUMMARY:
New vacancy is available for a Warehouse Team Leader in Gqeberha.

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas:

• Daily management and supervision of the team
• Generation of daily reports and taking corrective action when performance targets are not met
• Manpower planning and ensuring station ergonomics are adhered to
• Oversight of scrap control and quality-related processes
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of workplace housekeeping
• Supporting Work-in-Progress (WIP) and sorting activities
  
  

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
• Relevant qualification in Manaugement, Supervision, or Logistics
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Valid forklift license (required)
• Experience with inventory or "product on hand" systems will be advantageous
• Strong computer literacy, with above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proven ability to effectively lead, monitor, and guide a team
