Warehouse Team Leader (Automotive Manufacturing / Logistics)

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations, lead logistics personnel, ensure accurate stock management, and maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials to production.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Plan, lead, organise and coordinate daily warehouse operations. Ensure goods are accurately received, recorded, stored and supplied. Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and minimise downtime. Allocate logistics operators according to operational requirements. Train, develop and manage logistics personnel, including discipline and performance. Maintain 98% stock accuracy and accurate reporting and documentation. Ensure audit documentation and job descriptions are current and compliant. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Maintain employee motivation and morale. Ensure compliance with SHE, housekeeping and 5S standards . Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a logistics\/warehouse environment . 2 to 3 years supervisory or group leader experience . Valid Code 08 drivers licence . Good Microsoft Excel skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Must be willing to work shifts and remain on standby during production hours. Forklift licence and own transport will be advantageous. Flexible and able to respond to operational requirements.
