Warehouse and Distribution Manager

Role Overview:

 The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, dispatch, and inventory management. You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and implement best practices to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and audits
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
• Maintain accurate records of goods and materials
• Identify and implement process improvements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management principles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards
• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
