Job Title: Warehousing / Supply Chain Intern

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Internship (12 Months)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated Warehousing / Supply Chain Intern to support warehouse and supply chain operations on a 1-year fixed-term internship. The role provides practical exposure to inventory management, logistics, procurement support, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations and stock control

• Support inventory management, stock counts, and reconciliations

• Assist with receiving, issuing, and dispatching of goods

• Support supply chain reporting and documentation

• Assist with procurement and supplier coordination

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Procurement, or a related field

• Must have completed studies (graduate status)

• Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes

• Computer literacy (MS Excel and basic systems)

• Good organisational and communication skills
