About the role:
The company is expanding and needing to find Motor Warranty Claims Manager to join their team. If you have experience as a Motor Warranty Claims Manager or experience as a Service Manager at a vehicle franchise workshop, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the warranty claims team and all related duties
- Monthly reporting on team performance as well as quality control
- Provide technical support to team
Requirements:- Matric or equivalent qualification
- 10 Years of relevant experience with 3 -5 years Management Experience
- Computer Literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Customer service training advantageous.
- Ability to work fast paced and under pressure.
- Very good communications skills both verbal and written.
- Proven record in managing staff (preferably at least 10).
- Understanding of insurance principles advantageous.
