As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will play a critical role in supporting Financial Advisors, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Administrator, you will be the backbone of our advisory team. This is more than just admin—it’s about making an impact through precision, compliance, and client care. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Management:
- Be the first point of contact for an allocated client portfolio.
- Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date.
Administrative Support:
- Process new and existing business applications across Investments, Risk, Medical Aid, Trusts, and Estates.
- Prepare client correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule client meetings and manage the advisor’s calendar.
Compliance & Operations:
- Track client reviews, fee renewals, and income revisions.
- Assist in deceased estates and trust administration.
- Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, POPIA, FATCA, TCF.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system.
Communication & Liaison:
- Act as the key link between advisors, clients, insurers, and investment platforms.
- Communicate clearly and confidently via phone, email, and in person.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12) with 3+ years in financial services administration.
- Strong knowledge of financial products & services.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with CRM systems like @Work, Workpool, Elite Wealth, or XPlan.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans & English (written and spoken).
- Reliable own transport.
- RE5 certification or related financial qualification (e.g., Certificate in Financial Planning).
