We are looking for a results-driven Wearables Sales Representative to spearhead the commercial success of a highly innovative product category in the Western Cape . This is a pivotal role where you will act as the bridge between advanced technology and retail, leading the charge in integrating AI-driven eyewear into the consumer lifestyle. The Role As a Sales Product Specialist, you will manage both sell-in and sell-out responsibilities across your territory. Your mission is to drive adoption, train partners, and ensure these cutting-edge wearable solutions are recognized as the ultimate fusion of design and technology. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Lead activities to achieve sales growth, engage potential healthcare professionals, and execute strategic territory plans. Technical Expertise: Become an expert in wearable tech (connectivity, sensors, AI) and translate complex features into compelling sales stories. Training & Activation: Train partners on digital tools and support in-store activations, including merchandising and live demonstrations. Market Intelligence: Monitor tech trends and competitor behavior to provide actionable insights for local sales strategies. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and analyze KPIs such as lead conversion and territory coverage. What We Are Looking For Experience: At least 8+ years of sales experience, ideally within technology, consumer electronics, optical, automotive, or healthcare. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling innovative or highly technical products. Technical Aptitude: A deep \"tech curiosity\" with the ability to explain connected digital features to both technical and non-technical audiences. Communication: Fluency in English and strong presentation skills. Logistics: Must possess a valid driver's license and your own vehicle .
