Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Maintenance
? Install, configure, and manage digital signage media players (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Android, BrightSign)
? Troubleshoot device errors, black screens, offline players, and hardware failures
? Reimage and update firmware or OS on devices when necessary
Content Delivery & CMS Management
? Upload, schedule, and organize media assets in the CMS (e.g., Novastar)
? Create layout templates with proper screen zoning for video, tickers, and static content
? Test and preview content before deployment to minimize display errors
? Design or modify HTML/CSS-based layouts and tickers for screens with custom branding needs
? Use APIs or internal tools to automate content deployment workflows
Deployment Planning & Documentation
? Review site plans and floor maps to advise on screen and player placement
? Generate and update deployment diagrams for support reference
Client & Team Collaboration
? Provide second-level support for field technicians during installations or site issues
? Train internal staff or junior team members on player setup, CMS usage, and troubleshooting steps
? Provide back-up support for the content team
