Web Development Team Lead

POSITION INFO:

Hands on Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing creative- tech-enabled scale-up agency based in Sweden, who are looking for a Dev Team Lead.

6 Month fixed term Maternity cover contract (June- December)- With potential to become permanent

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5 years experience as Web Project Manager

– Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dev Team Lead

– Familiarity with design tools and design production.

– Experience working in Figma.

– Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

â— Lead dev team operationally to ensure successful deliveries for our clients

â— Set OKR and goals and have regular check-ins with all PMs and developers in their team

â— Provide guidance and support to team, and ensure adherence to processes and best practices

â— Continuously monitor and improve team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed

â— Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team members

â— Manage team workload

â— Manage team staffing, make decisions when conflicts arise

â— Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality of project delivery

â— Develop project plans and timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

â— Develop dev products: package offerings, follow up with KPI:s
