Web and Mobile Developer Team Lead

A leading global Importer who provides a modernized door-to-door distribution service of IT and medical equipment into over 200 destinations across the globe is looking for a Web and Mobile Developer Team Lead.

Education/ Skills & Experience:

Career Software Professional with appropriate university qualifications and strong academic record.

This is a “new team and technology transfer” position. Web Apps and Mobile Apps have been developed to date by sub-contractor. The aim to establish an internal team and take complete ownership of the full technology stack.
Current stack consists of Angular based Web App, and Salesforce back end. No middleware. Opportunity to expand capability through establishing of middleware stack.
Min 7 years’ experience in web application development, up to date with latest JS frameworks and methodologies.
Min 4 years’ experience in a team leadership or entrepreneurial role.
Portfolio showcase of work done to date.

• Web Frontend Frameworks
• Angular
• HTML / CSS / JS
• Android Mobile
• Apple Mobile
• GitLab
• Google Firebase for mobile app support
• Authentication flows and verifications (OAuth, JWT, Google Captcha, etc)
• Callback / Event driven architecture

Experience in any of the following is an advantage.

Full stack and middleware development with AWS

• DevOps with GitLab and AWS
• Collaborative work with teams in Europe
• Salesforce integration
• Web apps that are “test automation friendly”
• Web app performance profiling
