Web and Mobile Developer Team Lead

A leading global Importer who provides a modernized door-to-door distribution service of IT and medical equipment into over 200 destinations across the globe is looking for a Web and Mobile Developer Team Lead

Education/ Skills & Experience:

• Career Software Professional with appropriate university qualifications and strong academic record.
• Culture match: High energy, high responsibility, very smart, proven track record making a difference in different companies / projects through your career.
• This is a “new team and technology transfer” position. Web Apps and Mobile Apps have been developed to date by sub-contractor. The aim to establish an internal team and take complete ownership of the full technology stack.
• Current stack consists of Angular based Web App, and Salesforce back end. No middleware. Opportunity to expand capability through establishing of middleware stack.
• Min 7 years’ experience in web application development, up to date with latest JS frameworks and methodologies.
• Min 4 years’ experience in a team leadership or entrepreneurial role.
• Portfolio showcase of work done to date.

• HTML / CSS / JS
• Android Mobile
• Apple Mobile
• GitLab
• Google Firebase for mobile app support
• Authentication flows and verifications (OAuth, JWT, Google Captcha, etc)
• Callback / Event driven architecture

Experience in any of the following is an advantage.

• Full stack and middleware development with AWS
• DevOps with GitLab and AWS
• Collaborative work with teams in Europe
• Salesforce integration
• Web apps that are “test automation friendly”
• Web app performance profiling
