SUMMARY:

1. Client Coordination
   
   • Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for weddings or events.
   • Provide guidance on available packages, vendors, timelines, and venue features.
2. Event Planning and Execution
   
   • Plan all aspects of the event, including timelines, layouts, menus, décor, and staff coordination.
   • Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly.
3. Vendor Management
   
   • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, caterers, entertainment) to ensure timely delivery of services.
4. Team Coordination
   
   • Work closely with internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, front office) to ensure all event needs are met.
5. Sales and Marketing Support
   
   • Promote wedding and event packages, conduct site tours, respond to inquiries, and prepare proposals and contracts.
6. Budget and Financial Oversight
   
   • Manage event budgets, ensure costs are within client and business parameters, and handle billing or invoicing.
7. Guest and Client Experience
   
   • Act as the main point of contact for clients before and during the event, ensuring their satisfaction and handling any issues that arise.
