Your Kitchen Ethos:

• You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience in a luxury or high-end kitchen
• You know how to lead a team without losing the vibe
• You’re obsessed with consistency — and creativity
• You’ve got the technical skills and the taste
• You respect the classics but aren’t afraid to play
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where standards matter

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead or support the day-to-day kitchen operations with precision and flair
• Mentor and manage your brigade with energy and respect
• Ensure every plate is on point — from prep to pass
• Collaborate with FOH to create seamless guest experiences
• Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards like a pro
• Keep costs sharp and stock under control
