We’re building our team with Sous Chefs and Head Chefs who are hungry (pun intended) to push boundaries, lead from the pass, and deliver dishes that make people feel something.

Whether you’re a seasoned Head Chef with serious vision, or a rising Sous Chef ready to take the next step — if you’ve got the skill and the spark, we want to meet you.

Your Kitchen Ethos:

You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience in a luxury or high-end kitchen
You know how to lead a team without losing the vibe
You’re obsessed with consistency — and creativity
You’ve got the technical skills and the taste
You respect the classics but aren’t afraid to play
You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where standards matter

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead or support the day-to-day kitchen operations with precision and flair
Mentor and manage your brigade with energy and respect
Ensure every plate is on point — from prep to pass
Collaborate with FOH to create seamless guest experiences
Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards like a pro
Keep costs sharp and stock under control
