Our Client is looking for an experienced workforce management specialist who can hit the ground running and can start asap if successful.

POSITION INFO:

Role :                  Workforce Management Specialist ( Time and Attendance specialist)

Duration:           Permanent

Package :            R600 -R644 PA (50-55K)

Purpose of this role: This is a  Time and Attendance Systems Administrator . This role is required to drive Time and Attendance (workforce management ) system adoption. In addition, this requires effective query management and the management of Service levels as per the SLA.

 

Requirements:

 

    • Technical skills – Good understanding of SACO and Oracle and SAP will be beneficial
    • Operational skills – Good understanding of business processes regarding workforce management
    • Payroll Support – to support individuals and groups regarding queries in both the SACO system and SAP Payroll
    • Experience: 6-8+ years’ workforce management experience and a good understanding of related systems( time and attendance

      The workforce management specialist is responsible to be the single point of advice to business for the creation, maintenance, deletion of work force management artefacts, inputs, outputs, documentation and training.  This will need to be accomplished by understanding the SACO and interrelated system functions very well, and assisting business to use these systems correctly and appropriately.  Guidance, knowhow and improvements will be channelled through and to this role in order to ensure business is enabled to utilise the workforce management system to the abilities it can bring to the Business.  Queries regarding the use of the system, the establishment of new and maintenance of existing records, shift patterns etc, will be channelled through this role.

       

      What you will do:

       

      • Understand business processes and tasks involved in implementing a Time & Attendance system
      • Ability to gather data related to business processes and rules needed for implementing a custom Time & Attendance system
      • Review and give input on the Functional Design Documents (FDD)
      • Understands the business components present in a Time & Attendance system such as Shifts, Work Schedules, Time capturing, Overtime and Shift Allowances
      • Providing guidance and input into the high-level design and support for development of integration components
      • Collecting and organizing time related information to support the Time & Attendance system configuration and data requirements
      • Assist with the preparation of test cases for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
      • Preparation of SOP’s for Business, and facilitation of the approval process for the SOPs
      • Support the Training rollout and become the super user within the business and act in the role of first line support for the business
