• Monitor, provide support and guidance to learners at host sites
• Maintain good relationships with host sites and additional support to host sites
• Ad hoc Host site recruitment
• To run Workshops and Simulations

  Skills and Experience:

  Qualification Essential Competency:

  • Drivers License
  • Coaching and/or mentoring experience
  • Ability to monitor trends in data and adapt as needed

  Qualification preferred education:

  • Certificate,
  • Diploma or Degree

  Experience required:

  • Experience in Customer Service / Relations
  • Able to plan time effectively in order to meet deadlines
  • Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner (Learner Disability Information)
  • Able to manage conflict
  • Understand the cycle of a learnership
  Other:

  Work environment:

  • Office Environment
  • Out on the road â?? visiting Host Sites as clients

  Physical demands:

  • Driving

  Travel:
