Skills and Experience:
Qualification Essential Competency:
- Drivers License
- Coaching and/or mentoring experience
- Ability to monitor trends in data and adapt as needed
Qualification preferred education:
- Certificate,
- Diploma or Degree
Experience required:
- Experience in Customer Service / Relations
- Able to plan time effectively in order to meet deadlines
- Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner (Learner Disability Information)
- Able to manage conflict
- Understand the cycle of a learnership

Work environment:
- Office Environment
- Out on the road â?? visiting Host Sites as clients
