Workshop Call Centre Agent

Bramley, GP

R 7000 – R 7 500

A reputable dealership based in Bramley is currently seeking a Workshop call center agent to join their team. The candidate would be required to assist in the following areas:

Answering incoming calls

Direct calls to all departments

Outbound calls for canvassing

Service bookings

Repair Quotes

Service Quotes

Requirements

Matric Certification
Own reliable vehicle and driver’s license
Call center sales experience
Experience within an automotive environment

Working hours

2 Saturdays a month. 7h30 -12h30

7am to 5pm. Mon-Friday
