SUMMARY:
Manage all aspects of industrial transportation, vehicles, equipment, heavy machinery & large maintenance & repairs Workshop.

POSITION INFO:

GHANA - WORKSHOP/FLEET/TRANSPORT MANAGER large fleet of heavy industrial transport vehicles, machinery & mechanical workshop in a remote area in the Agricultural sector i.e. tractors/trailers & agricultural implements, bulldozers, pickup vehicles, motor bikes, generators, pumps etc.
Workshop maintenance manager of approx. 30 personnel plus responsibility for a large number of drivers. Procurement of spares, budgets and compliance experience essential. Strong leaderships and administration skills as well as a history of mentoring and teaching employees on the job, is vitally important.
Mechanical Engineer or similar with minimum 5 - 8 years senior level Workshop managerial experience in a similar sector essential.
USD 3000 - 4000 p.m. in the region of R500K - R650K plus large company benefits. Well established & reputable company based in Ghana.
