SUMMARY:
A motor dealership in Bronkhorstspruit has a vacancy available for a Workshop Service Manager. Salary: R40,000.00 pm - R50,000.00 pm CTC depending on experience. Suitable applicants should be willing to relocate to Bronkhorstspruit

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of technicians and apprentices within the workshop.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all vehicles.
Oversee daily workshop activities and technician support.
Handle team management, stock control, reporting, and safety compliance.
Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Ensuring jobs are completed in a timeous manner and of a high standard.
Ensuring workshop housekeeping and operating practices are of a high standard
Reinforcing correct safety behaviors, reporting all hazards and incidents.
Providing workshop reports weekly to management

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant technical qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the motor industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of workshop operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Strong organizational and planning skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry
Record-keeping techniques
