Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the workshop and branch. Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational targets. Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Drive sales growth and improve branch profitability. Ensure efficient workshop performance and high service standards. Minimum Requirements: Previous workshop and\/or branch management experience. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good business acumen with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
