Minimum Requirements : Matric certificate or equivalent 4+ years' experience within fleet, transport, logistics environments Sound mechanical knowledge Valid code 08 license Proficient in the use of MS Office Health and safety knowledge Willingness to work standby and be available 24\/7 Applicants should be highly organised, confident and solutions-driven Duties and Responsibilities : Applicants should be required, but not limited to: Oversee the day-to-day running of the car hire and rental operations Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, tyre replacements and warranty bookings Maintain accountability for vehicles, fuel usage, accessories, and stock control Monitor vehicle movement, access control, and yard security Supervise and lead yard staff to ensure productivity and high service standards Ensure vehicle cleanliness, cosmetic standards, and procedural compliance Record and report vehicle damage, claims, and repair requirements Coordinate outsourced drivers and oversee delivery logistics Assist with safety audits, compliance requirements, and operational reporting Oversee the day-to-day running of the vehicle yard and rental operations Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, tyre replacements, and warranty bookings Ensure the yard operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service
