Job Description

Our client is seeking a fully trained & qualified Spa Therapist to join their professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a tranquil, nature-inspired environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a range of professional spa treatments (massage, beauty, holistic therapies)
Maintain spa cleanliness, hygiene and guest-ready standards
Conduct stock taking and inventory management for spa products and supplies
Assist with ordering and replenishment of stock
Provide excellent guest relations and personalized service
Be willing to support in other areas of the lodge when required, including:
- Front of House (guest reception and assistance)
- Housekeeping (maintaining guest areas)
- General operational support during quieter periods

Qualifications

Recognized Spa/Beauty Therapy qualification (Diploma or Certificate)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a professional spa or hospitality environment

Skills

Strong knowledge of massage techniques, beauty treatments and holistic therapies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible, professional, and guest-focused attitude
